This is a main China sourcing package, not a full local renovation contract. The model fits a two-storey 200 sqm home with two living areas, a kitchen, 3-4 bathrooms, doors and windows, cabinets, loose furniture, lighting, and soft furnishings.
Important exclusions
The model does not include kitchen appliances, laundry equipment, switches and sockets, HVAC or fresh air systems, local construction labour, or local site works. Logistics, customs, taxes, door delivery, and installation are confirmed by destination country and project site.
Main budget result
A realistic planning range is about RMB 1.16-1.26 million for the product package, about RMB 1.33-1.45 million for product plus sourcing service and basic logistics, about RMB 1.5-1.7 million for DDP door delivery, and about RMB 1.8-2.1 million when installation coordination and project management reserve are included.
How to read RMB 2 million
RMB 2 million is high if it means product price only. It can be reasonable if the scope means main China procurement plus logistics, customs, tax, door delivery, local installation coordination, professional project manager tracking, optional on-site installation guidance, loss allowance, and risk reserve.

When logistics, customs, tax, door delivery, local installation coordination, project management, and reserve are included.
RMB 2 million can be reasonable only as a full-scope project budget, not as a pure product procurement price.

CBM and container estimate
For a 200 sqm main sourcing package, a first CBM estimate can be 120-180 CBM. If the furniture share is high and packing is loose, it may approach 200 CBM. A 40HQ container usually loads about 60-68 CBM in practical terms, so many projects need 2-3 x 40HQ. For 140-180 CBM, 3 x 40HQ is usually safer.
Australia logistics reference
For Australia's east coast, 140-180 CBM is usually planned more safely as 3 x 40HQ. China to Australia's east coast, logistics, customs clearance, and door delivery excluding GST and installation may be roughly RMB 150K-200K. If DDP including tax and door delivery is required, logistics plus tax can need RMB 250K-320K reserved.
Market fit
High residential budgets and high local fit-out costs make whole-home China sourcing attractive.
Strong value in high-end projects, but tariffs, compliance, and local installation risk need control.
Western Europe, Northern Europe, and the UK can work well; lower-cost European regions need more careful positioning.
Works well when windows, glass, board materials, certification, and installation compliance are reviewed early.
Price advantage is weaker; position around premium customization and one-stop coordination, not cheap sourcing.
